Benefits of Deep Tissue Massage
  • Reduces Stress
  • Reduces Muscle Pain and Tension
  • Improves Mobility
  • Improves Sleep

Deep Tissue Massage is good for both physical and emotional well-being, reducing tension and stress, and improving blood circulation. Instead of focussing on a specific region of the body, Deep Tissue Massage brings more broad relief.  Targeting the deeper layers of the muscle and fascia, it begins with lighter massage strokes to warm up and prepare the tissues.  Deep pressure movements along the length and across the muscle fibres help to relieve chronic pain, tight bands and release scar tissue and adhesions (stuck fibres).

Monthly maintenance massage keeps you in great condition whatever your role in life. Good for managing chronic pain conditions, headaches, or keeping joints mobile and managing fluctuation in mood. The massage techniques open up soft tissue structures releasing tension, and improving blood flow and circulation. Techniques and approaches vary in nature depending on the outcome you require.

Reflexology is a touch therapy treatment to the feet.  Pressure point massage to specific points on the feet bring about a feeling of deep relaxation and well-being. The primary aim of this non-invasive complementary therapy is to rebalance your 12 body systems.  Using warm oils and towels, reflexology addresses imbalances in your body, from improving circulation and sleep patterns to boosting your mood and energy levels.

Very Professional

"I suffer from fibromyalgia and have been going to Tanith for several years. To manage FMS, Tanith uses the Deep Tissue Massage which I have every month as there is no cure for FMS. I do have other health issues, so I have tried some of her other treatments, reflexology and reiki. Wow, very impressive. Tanith is very professional and knows exactly what she is doing. I can’t recommend Tanith highly enough."
