What is Sports Massage?
This is a focussed treatment to one or two specific areas of the body. It is good for loosening tight muscles after sport or relieving pain from a recurring problematic area - sometimes due to posture - or an injury.
Do I have to be Sporty?
No, the name refers to the type of massage and techniques used, not the type of client.

The aim of my treatments is to help you out of pain; to manage your muscles more effectively; and to improve their efficiency so you can return to activity or training. I also assess your posture and work on your postural habits, to help avoid future strain patterns or repetitive injury.
I am qualified in Sports Massage Level 4 including Sports Injury Management, Posture Analysis, Soft Tissue Therapy techniques and Reflexology.

Gift Vouchers are available for Massage or Reflexology priced at 45.

Recognised benefits of Massage, including deep tissue techniques can bring about positive changes to:

• Sports Injuries, Joint Sprains and Muscular Strains

• Rotator Cuff Problems, Frozen Shoulder, Tennis/ Golfer Elbow

• Postural Dysfunction, Gait and Joint Mobilisation

• General Muscular Pains and Soft Tissue Injury.
